During the period of working in the IP Law Firm，MS. JIN applied for hundreds of new patent cases and PCT cases for Sinopec Group, CRRC, CSOT and CRCC, and she participated in dozens of patent reexamination cases, invalidation cases and infringement analysis cases as a main staff. When MS. JIN worked as an IP Consultant in the IP Consulting company, she provided patent retrieval analysis, patent mining, patent layout services and infringement analysis for China Mobile, State Grid Corporation of China, CRRC, CloudMinds and Baidu, and so accumulated a rich experience in intellectual property consulting services。
